Degree In B.M.S

Introduction

BMS is a full-time three years Degree Course. It comprises of Six Semesters. This Course is being introduced with the aim of training students to enter today’s competitive global employment market. The course curriculum has been designed by the University, in order to meet the increasing demand for professionally certified management executives. Students with the BMS Degree will be equipped with the knowledge and practical skill required in today’s work environment.

This Degree Course will have full-time Teaching Faculty as well as Visiting Faculty from the corporate world. The course structure of B.M.S. includes exhaustive training with the help of latest technological devices, industrial visits which expose students to live industrial and environmental situations, and summer placements wherever it is possible.

 

Main Focus of the Program

This course will help in the development of undergraduate students into future managers and leaders, who will be able to take the various challenges of the global marketplace or work as self- employed professionals.

 

Eligibility Conditions

• Std XII (H.S.C.) or Equivalent examination from any recognized board with English as a compulsory subject for admission to B.M.S. / B.C.A / B.M.M. FIRST YEAR DEGREE COLLEGE

• The students should obtain the prospectus and admission forms by paying the requisite fee only if they have scored 50% or more marks in case of open category and 45% or more marks in case of SC/ST/BC and such other categories.

• The students may have to appear for GET Exam conducted by the University or an interview organized by the college or any other test that may be organized by the University I College from time to depending upon the need.

• The Original Certificates along with Certified Photo Copies of the following have to be submitted at the time of admission:

1. The Std. XII (HSC) Mark sheet

2. The College Leaving Certificate

• Students from other states need to produce eligibility certificates from S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai. The students should note that unless the application is accompanied by provisional eligibility certificate, their admission confirms the same after receiving migration or transfer Certificate from the respective boards I University.

• (HSC) Passing Certificate

• To synergize information Technology with all its ramifications.

• Focusing the programme on Principles and applications of IT and Computer Sciences.

• To provide IT manpower especially women technocrats for IT sector.
